Support messages expire after seven days. You can delete the conversation sooner; restricted backups may retain it for roughly two more hours.
Ratings send only your choice and optional reason—not your draft. We keep daily counts of editor activity, completed edits, errors and result actions for up to 90 days. There are no third-party trackers or advertising cookies. Optional browser activity counts respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Support sends only the message you write here.
